1-Ingredient Jam

Ingredients:
Fresh or frozen fruit


Instructions:
1. Add the fruit to a heavy-bottomed pan over low heat and slowly cook down to a syrupy consistency, stirring occasionally.
2. If you prefer it mushy, smash with a potato masher or fork.
3. Turn the heat up to medium and bring to a boil, stirring frequently to thicken up.
4. Remove from the heat and transfer into sterilized jars.
5. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating.

Tips:
1. To sterilize the jars, place them in a cold oven, turn on the lowest setting, and keep them in there until the jam is done.
2. So far, I've tried this recipe with strawberries and blueberries.
